Recap: 11/11-11/13 Thanksgiving Retreat

This past weekend was nothing short of amazing! Our Davis church went down to Alameda to reunite with our sister churches and share what God has done in each church. There were 1000+ people! It really felt like one big family! It was also a great time of getting to know others from different churches even out of state! We have a church in Minnesota, Texas, and Taiwan! We even got to meet up with the IGSM group in Berkeley! Our senior pastor at Gracepoint Berkeley, Pastor Ed, gave a very meaningful message that left us challenged and encouraged.

Not only did we receive a powerful message from Pastor Ed, but we also got to see a lot of creative videos made by every church recapping all the events and salvation decisions that were made this year. Through witnessing this, we were able to experience the big picture of God’s amazing work in all of our Gracepoint churches. It was truly a blessing!

Plus! There was an awesome praise band, an orchestra, and fun games! Speaking of games, here is a picture of Eric doing a spectacular performance! It’s one of those things where you have to be there to appreciate it…hehe…
